If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible or contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Products damaged during shipping must be reported immediately.
• Opened enclosures or impact screens may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Custom PC builds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Hitting strips are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Custom or bargain-bin items are final sale.
• Return shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty Information

Enclosures & Screens

Bullseye enclosures include a limited 5-year warranty on enclosure materials. Impact screens include a limited 1-year warranty. Improper installation, excessive tension, dirty or damaged golf balls, commercial use, and physical wear are not covered.

Warranty coverage for additional products may vary by manufacturer and product category. Please refer to the individual product page for warranty details.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
