Designed by a golf enthusiast, for golf enthusiasts, with premium quality impact screen material made in the US, our enclosures are made with commercial grade quality materials. We don’t cut corners with our enclosures and use sub-standard material. If we wouldn’t use it ourselves in our simulator rental facility, we would not sell it to you. This is the Bullseye way.
Our enclosures are made with premium solid black dual layer 100% polyester, including our premium 3-layer shock cord impact screen – perfect for commercial and home use.
What’s Included in the DIY Package?

- Bullseye Premium Triple Layer Impact screen with shock cord for less bounce back – for more information visit our impact screen page here
- Foam padding for the sides and top of the screen for superior protection (NO EXTRA CHARGE LIKE OTHERS)
- 1” EMT piping connectors as needed for your enclosure size (SOME CHARGE EXTRA FOR THIS)
- All 6″ Ball Bungees and 15’ of extra bungee cord to attach the impact screen to the frame correctly

What is Not Included?
- 1” EMT steel conduit piping
- 1 ¼” foam pipe insulation for the frame (we include it for the top depth only) (this can be easily purchased at hardware stores or building centres)
How Long Does it Take to Assemble?
The estimated time to assemble our enclosures with 2 people is approximately 2-3 hours.

Shipping Information
We ship worldwide from Canada via Courier (UPS/Purolator/FedEx). Tracking will be emailed to you once the order has shipped. Please wait to inquire about your order until after the lead times on the website have finished. If you want to make modifications to your order, please contact us within 48 hours. Once the order is in production, no modifications can be done.
Warranty and Return Policy
We offer a 5-year warranty on the enclosure unit and a 1-year warranty on the impact screen. If you have any issues with your product, please contact us here for assistance. Please note that returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please keep the original packaging for safe return.

Amazing materials. I hate nylon (what others use) bc it looks cheap (and is) and this material for the borders is top notch. Haven’t been able to test side by side, but I also think that this material will make the inside of the enclosure darker than nylon, which will make your image so much better. Best customer service by far helps a lot too. Would recommend every time!

It took me a while to get to posting this review as it took me a while to piece together my simulator and get it fully operational. I spent a lot of time researching the golf sim bays and screens. I’m picky. I reached out to Bullseye after stumbling on their products while doing research. I wanted something nicer than the “off the shelf” sim bays most sites sell. After talking with Rick, it sounded like something closer to what I wanted. I thought their price was fair considering the described materials and kit. I will say shipping to the U.S. got a bit confusing during the tariff battles, but we got it worked out with the help of Adam Guthro, the general manager. Anyway, I felt I needed to leave a review to give my support to their product. I have been very pleased with the quality of the enclosure. The screen is a high quality material with a thin foam backing that makes it hang very nice, deadens sound and holds up well. I’ve been hitting a lot of balls in it and I don’t see a mark. I got mine in April of 2025, so I’ve got several months of use so far. The side and top material is a nice quality thicker weave fabric that feels good to the touch, provides high contrast for the screen and also provides high end protection. It’s not thin black nylon that’s found on a lot of enclosures. The Bullseye product isn’t a China made low end sim bay. It’s a nicer quality bay that I believe could be used in a commercial application. In fact, I think it’s what they use in their own commercial simulators. That says a lot about their confidence in their product.
Assembly was simple enough, get your pipe, make a few cuts to a few pipes and assemble the frame. Install the surround fabric and screen with the elastic cord and bungees and you are good to go. I like the fact that the screen hangs tight and smooth. Wrinkles disappear and you are left with a high quality look. The projector image quality looks great on my screen. If you are looking for what I believe is a cut above the economy screens offered by a lot of sites, give Bullseye consideration. They build a nice product that they take pride in and you won’t be disappointed. Adam is also great to work with and I believe they stand behind their product. I will continue to do business with Bullseye. Hoping to try one of their hitting mats in the near future.
