Refund and Returns Policy


Refund Policy
Bullseye Golf does not offer refunds once an item is in progress or has been shipped. If your order is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the item for a replacement of the same size or offer a credit toward another product of your choice. If the wrong size is delivered, please refuse the shipment and contact us for a credit toward the correct size. Once the shipment is opened, we will only replace items found to be defective. Any credit for a smaller enclosure will be forfeited.


Return Policy
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for products damaged in transit. If the packaging shows signs of damage, refuse delivery or take photos of the unopened package and contact us. Opened enclosures or screens that have not been damaged in transit will incur a 20% restocking fee, after inspection to confirm no signs of use or damage. Custom PC builds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Hitting Strips have a no return/exchange policy.


Enclosure Warranty
Our enclosures come with a 5-year limited warranty on fabric materials. Fittings and piping (if selected) also carry a 5-year limited warranty. This warranty covers normal residential use and excludes improper installation, failure to follow instructions, custom modifications, weather events, stains, water damage, incorrect grommet attachment, or excessive physical wear. Bullseye Golf Sims will cover return shipping for inspection. If accepted, a replacement enclosure will be shipped. Commercial use is not covered, and “Bargain Bin” items are final sale with no warranty.
For a one-time $99 USD fee, we can send an express replacement enclosure (full payment is held and refunded after inspection).


Triple Impact Screen Warranty
Our Triple Impact Screens carry a 1-year limited warranty. The screen must be installed with a 2โ€ gap between the screen and enclosure. Excessive tightening can damage the screen and void the warranty. Used, cracked, or marked golf balls, as well as high-spin burn marks, are not covered. Bullseye Golf Sims will cover return shipping for inspection, and a replacement screen will be sent if accepted. Commercial use is not covered, and “Bargain Bin” items are final sale with no warranty.
For a $99 USD one-time fee, we offer express screen replacement (full payment held and refunded after inspection).


Hitting Mat/Strip Warranty
Hitting mats and strips are only replaced if damaged during transit or found defective. If damaged, refuse shipment and contact us. Defective items should be photographed and sent to contact@bullseyegolfsims.com for replacement. There is no warranty on hitting mats/strips otherwise.


Bullseye LM Warranty and Returns Policy
Bullseye LM comes with a standard 12 month warranty. 

This warranty covers normal use and excludes damage due to improper installation/mounting, failure to follow installation instructions, custom firmware and/or modifications to the system, and damage due to physical damages caused by missed shots.

Warranty on Bullseye LM is automatically voided if any tampering is done to the unit without prior authorization from Bullseye.

If there are issues with the unit within the standard warranty, a return authorization for shipment back to Bullseye must be obtained before sending the unit back for service. Bullseye will cover the cost of the return shipping back to our facility.

Bullseye reserves the right to send either a refurbished unit as a replacement, or a new unit (depending on the severity of the issues encountered).

If after testing, the unit shows no signs of technical issues, the unit will be returned back to you at your expense and a fee of $299 USD/$449 CAD will apply for diagnostics and return shipping charges to us. 

If the unit is deemed to be defective, Bullseye will cover the cost of repair or replacement of the unit, and shipping to and from Bullseye. 

Bullseye will not send a replacement unit until the unit has been inspected, tested, and shows no signs of tampering. 

Compensation is limited to the value of the repair, and the original warranty will remain in place for the duration of the replacement. 

If the extended warranty is selected during checkout, the standard warranty will be extended from 12 months to 36 months.

If a customer chooses to return the unit or is sent a unit for testing/demonstration purposes, the return must be made within 30 days. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense, and a 20% restocking fee on the total cost of the unit will apply. 

Returns after 30 days will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. 


Custom Golf Sim PC Warranty
Custom PCs come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturer defects. Each unit undergoes 24-hour stress testing before shipment to ensure quality. Damage caused by failure to follow packing instructions will void the warranty. If damage is found, report it to contact@bullseyegolfsims.com with photos. Manufacturer parts may carry longer warranties, which are the customerโ€™s responsibility after the limited warranty period.


Projector Warranty
Projector warranties are handled by the manufacturer. Please contact the projector manufacturer directly for warranty claims.


US & International Shipping Information
Bullseye Golf manufactures and ships their products from their Canadian warehouse, with the exception of steel related products (these are shipped domestically to US customers via a US based shipping partner). Bullseye’s products are free trade compliant. Shipments of steel products will arrive separately from other items. Bullseye covers the UPS customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and duties (if applicable). State taxes are not the responsibility of Bullseye. International customers are to contact us for a shipping quote before shipping. Bullseye has the right to cancel or refund international orders if the customer does not contact us for a shipping quote before placing their order. Any charges due to returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless previously authorized by Bullseye.
