Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy

Important Information Regarding Orders, Shipping, Warranty Coverage & Returns

Please review the following warranty, refund, return, and shipping policies carefully before placing your order. These policies are designed to protect both our customers and our products while ensuring a smooth experience with Bullseye Golf Sims.

Refund Policy

Bullseye Golf Sims does not offer refunds once an item is in production or has shipped.

If an item arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, we will provide either:

• A replacement item of the same size and specification
• Credit toward another product of your choice

If the incorrect size is delivered, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately to arrange replacement or credit toward the correct size.

Once a shipment has been opened, only items determined to be defective will qualify for replacement. Any unused credit relating to enclosure size changes will be forfeited.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for products damaged during transit.

If the packaging shows signs of damage upon delivery, please either:

• Refuse the shipment
• Take clear photographs before opening and contact us immediately

Opened enclosures or screens that are not transit damaged may still qualify for return after inspection, provided they show no signs of use or damage. These returns are subject to a:

• 20% restocking fee for enclosures/screens
• 25% restocking fee for custom PC builds

Return shipping costs, customs fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Hitting strips are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Enclosure Warranty

Bullseye enclosure fabric materials, fittings, and piping (if selected) include a 5-year limited residential-use warranty.

This warranty excludes:

• Improper installation
• Failure to follow installation instructions
• Custom modifications
• Weather-related damage
• Water damage or stains
• Incorrect grommet attachment
• Excessive wear or physical damage

Bullseye Golf Sims will cover return shipping for inspection purposes. If approved under warranty, a replacement enclosure will be provided.

Commercial installations and commercial use are not covered under this warranty.

“Bargain Bin” items are final sale and include no warranty coverage.

Triple Impact Screen Warranty

Triple Impact Screens must be installed with a minimum 2″ gap between the impact screen and enclosure.

Over-tightening the screen can cause damage and will void the warranty.

The following are not covered:

• Used, cracked, or marked golf balls
• Burn marks caused by excessive spin
• Commercial installations or commercial use

Bullseye Golf Sims will cover return shipping for inspection. Approved claims will receive a replacement screen.

“Bargain Bin” items are final sale and include no warranty coverage.

Hitting Mat & Hitting Strip Warranty

Hitting mats and hitting strips are only eligible for replacement if damaged during transit or found to be defective upon inspection.

If your item arrives damaged:

• Refuse the shipment if possible
• Take photos immediately
• Email all details and images to contact@bullseyegolfsims.com

No additional warranty coverage applies to hitting mats or hitting strips beyond transit damage or manufacturing defects.

Bullseye LM Warranty & Returns Policy

The Bullseye LM warranty covers normal residential use and excludes:

• Improper installation or mounting
• Failure to follow setup instructions
• Custom firmware or modifications
• Physical damage from missed golf shots
• Unauthorized tampering

Warranty service requires a return authorization before shipping the unit back to Bullseye Golf Sims.

Bullseye covers shipping costs for approved warranty repairs.

Bullseye reserves the right to replace defective units with either:

• A refurbished replacement unit
• A new replacement unit

If testing shows no technical fault, a diagnostic and return shipping fee of:

• $299 USD
• $449 CAD

Extended warranty coverage increases protection from 12 months to 36 months when selected during checkout.

Test/demo units or customer returns must be returned within 30 days and are subject to:

• 20% restocking fee
• Buyer-paid return shipping

Returns beyond 30 days are not accepted under any circumstances.

Custom Golf Sim PC Warranty

Custom-built PCs include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects.

Every system undergoes 24-hour stress testing before shipment to ensure reliability and stability.

Damage caused by improper packing or shipping procedures will void the warranty.

Some individual hardware components may include longer manufacturer warranties handled directly through the component manufacturer.

Projector Warranty

All projector warranty claims are handled directly by the projector manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty service or support requests.

U.S & International Shipping Information

Bullseye Golf Sims manufactures and ships products from Canada, with steel-related products shipped separately through a U.S-based logistics partner for U.S customers.

Steel products may arrive separately from enclosure materials and other components.

Bullseye covers:

• UPS customs clearance fees
• Brokerage fees
• Duties (where applicable)

State taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

International customers must contact Bullseye Golf Sims for a shipping quote before ordering.

Bullseye reserves the right to cancel or refund international orders placed without prior shipping confirmation. Any charges associated with unauthorized returns remain the responsibility of the customer unless previously approved by Bullseye Golf Sims.
